A BMW dealer fired one employee because of Facebook posts

Everyone uses Facebook and Twitter and they're quite OK as long as you don't get too involved and you can control your comments. An employee at a Lake Bluff BMW dealership was the man that now has to suffer the consequences of his words.
His name is Robert Becker and he posted pictures and different comments on Facebook regarding a sales event organized by the dealership and the cheap food they serve there.
This is not all. During the same day, he posted some pictures of an accident that happened at a nearby Land Rover dealership belonging to the same owner. Actually, he gave permission to a 13-year old son of a customer to stay on the driver's seat and the boy drove into a pond.
Becker was fired in June, last year. The end of the story was far from being over. The National Labor Relations Board made a complaint against the dealership on behalf of Becker. The results were not the ones the former employee expected and a judge said that the dealership did not violate federal law in firing him.
