Nissan started testing the powertrain of the Juke-R with a shortened wheelbase and apparently they have already declared that the results please them. This part was the most difficult one of the whole process and this is why, the Japanese carmaker can go on now with building the crossover's roll cage and different other components. Moving on, the manufacturer's next step refers to the building of a structure that will hold the engine, drivetrain and other mechanical parts. So far, the idea of sending it into production was held back, but if demand will be strong, Nissan might put it into production. The model is powered by the same engine as the GT-R supercar and has the same transmission and all-wheel-drive system. It also features new aerodynamics, upgraded suspension and brakes and apparently, it will feature the same center console and dashboard as the GT-R.
