The 2013 Formula 1 Grand Prix will take place in New Jersey

The Korean Grand Prix organizers are in for big losses after only two years of hosting a Formula 1 race are already asking for a reduction in fees.
This summer, in August, mayors were negotiating with investors about the possibility of organizing a Formula 1 street race in New Jersey along the Hudson River.
Now, things are clear; the famous F1 circus will be really hosted by New Jersey in 2013. Christie Chris, New Jersey governor declared that there is no greater joy at this moment than bringing one of the most popular and exciting sports in the world right to their backyards.
The governor also said that 100.000 people will be expected to attend each race starting with the practice on Friday, continuing with the qualifying on Saturday and ending with racing on Sunday.
This is the first F1 race in the US since 2007 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Next year, the Grand Prix will be hosted by Texas, as they have already finalized a nine-year F1 deal.
