Honda is ready to give a new Civic hatch to the European market, the CR-V. Until now, since the concept phase, we have given you details on how things are working. Now time has come to see the production version. And as you look at it you can see it has a new set of wheels and different bumpers, but the rest remains the same with the concept. Apparently the JDM version of the CR-V will have its debut at the 2012 Tokyo Motor Show and we hope that by then, it will be ready for the US market. For the Europeans this moment will have to wait for about a year or so. There were not a lot of details made public yet, but we do know that the US model will feature a 2.4-liter engine, but also a more powerful one, a new 2.5-liter. For the European version, the model will have a 2.2-liter diesel. Also, it seems that the carmaker is working on a 2.0-liter turbo gasoline engine and intends to introduce it into the CR-V.
