The tuning company, AC Schnitzer, will reveal their tuning program for the 650i model in Germany at the Essen Motor Show that will take place this week. They want to offer fans more options when it comes to the new 2012 BMW 6-Series Coupe.
The name of the package is ACS6 5.0i and it includes performance upgrades. After the modifications of the 4.4-liter turbocharged V8 engine, it will be able to produce 540 horsepower from 407 horsepower.
The tuner declared that their new model is able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds, while the standard model can only reach 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds. The program also includes a lowered sports suspension, a beefier brake system with 8-piston calipers and also, a new exhaust system.
On the interior, the tuner offered new trim accents, a sports steering wheel and aluminum pedals. When it comes to the exterior, AC Schnitzer created a new front apron, a boot lid spoiler, a back apron that incorporates a diffuser, a chromed front grille and also matching fender trim pieces.
