Swedish carmaker, Volvo decided to introduce its Polestar performance program in the US at the beginning of the month, on November 7th. Now, it had already started to expand its offer to include the 2011-2012 XC60, S60 and XC70 models that have a T6 engine.
The new package helps increase the power from 300 horsepower to 325 horsepower and peak torque from 324 lb. ft to 354 lb. ft. on all models mentioned above. The best thing about it is that the power increase does not affect the fuel economy and so fiel consumption remains the same.
After releasing the news, carmaker received a great feedback from their customers. The Polestar package will bring performance and so they will give the fans what they want.
The price for the kit is $ 1.495 installed and starting December 5th, it will be available nationwide.
