Japanese carmaker, Nissan, revealed the new GT-R Track Pack. It is available for the 2012 version. The thing is that it does not offer a lot of extra horsepower and it is not that bad anyway. This is one of the fastest cars in the world already as it is able to run from 0 to 60 mph in 2.7 seconds, so it doesn't really need any. What they offer are new parts that were created to improve the track time. It also keeps the GT-R road legal. The new package has the capability of cooling the brake discs on both axles via additional cooling ducts integrated into the front bumper and also using channels behind the rear wheels. It is able to decrease the temperature by up to 100 degrees while is doing great efforts. To improve the stability and handling and to increase the cornering speeds, Nissan offered through the track pack, a new set for the spring rates and dampers. On the inside it features front bucket seats, lighter rear seats and a special badge. The price of the car is GBP 74.450 and on top of this, the Nissan GT-R track Pack costs GBP 10.000. Deliveries will start next year in the spring.
