This weekend the BAC Mono single-seater racecar will be in the US. For the enthusiasts and the ones that have too much money, this information is quite precious. The British model was brought by Sector111 LLC, a company that creates aftermarket programs. BAC Director, Neil Briggs is confident that the USA market will bring a lot of economical satisfaction as it represents a significant percentage of their export volume. The model will be available through their partner, the Sector 111, a company that has a lot of plans. First, they want to import around 12 cars for next year. The price per unit will be $ 130.000. The car will be powered by a mid-mounted naturally aspirated 2.3-liter Cosworth engine that will be able to deliver 280 horsepower. The power will be sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed sequential transmission and via a limited-slip differential. It is capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in only 2.8 seconds and to 100 mph in 6.7 seconds reaching a top speed of 170 mph.
