Finally, the testing part that took place at the Daytona track last week is over for the Audi R8 Grand-Am. Now the carmaker is getting ready for deliveries that will start in January for the US market. The specialists managed to find valuable information during the endurance tests and developed a strong set-up for their customers. Actually, the Grand-Am is based on the GT3 model, but they are still so different on the outside and on the inside as well. The Grand-Am will receive a new front splitter, rear diffuser and a rear wing. The output will decrease to 450-470 horsepower from the current 490 horsepower. The fuel tank's capacity is limited to 83.3 liters.
