The Acura CSX is the cheapest car offered in North America

Acura offered the cheapest model in North America, the CSX. There are not a lot of differences between this model and the previous one, the eight generation of the Honda Civic sedan. The changes refer to the styling at the front and at the rear and some to the interior.
The CSX was revealed back in 2005 and over the years it had received several upgrades like the Acura's beak-like grille in 2009. This one was the major one. At the time of it premier it was powered by a 2.0-liter iVTEC engine that was able to deliver 155 horsepower, but in 2007 received a 2.4-liter four-banger that was able to develop 197 horsepower. Now, the model features a 2.0-liter engine that has 155 horsepower as output.
You can only find it on the Canadian market with prices starting from CA$ 24.190. We believe the model will be revealed in January at the 2012 NAIAS in Detroit.
