Japanese carmaker, Toyota is working on a new model that will replace the Supra. So far these are just rumors, but if it is true, well, in this case we can expect to see the new model in around 3-4 years wondering on the streets. The 2012 model will have as base the FT-HS concept that had its debut at the North American International Auto Show, in 2007. There is the possibility the model will get its hybrid engine. Actually it could be anything as the carmaker is working on a diesel hybrid Evo. It would be better for the GT-R and the STI to remain the same. The new Supra will be powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that will function together with the Toyota's Hybrid Synergy Drive. We are expecting to receive a 400 horsepower output from it. Yes, we have to admit, this is a very strong car. So far, this is all we have, but as soon as the Japanese releases some more details, we will let you know.
