Josh Byrnes, a car enthusiast, has recently released a well executed rendering of the upcoming 2013 Cadillac ATS, a vehicle also known as GM's first serious attempt to challenge the BMW 3-Series. The time could not be better as Cadillac is going to present the new ATS at the 2012 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, which is planned to take place next Monday, on January 9. North American sales of the 2013MY ATS are planned to start later this year. Josh informed that his rendering was based on the details which he spotted at the different camouflaged prototypes together with the single teaser picture which unveiled the sedan model's profile. However, the front grille might be narrower and slightly taller as compared to the production model, but more specific details will definitely come to surface at next week's Detroit Show. It is also known that the Cadillac's entry-level RWD sedan will be available at launch with three engines, a 2.0-liter Turbo delivering 270 HP, a 2.5-liter four banger and a 3.6-liter V6, probably producing an output of 318 HP.
