The 2013 Hyundai Veloster was exposed online before its world debut

The 2013 Hyundai Veloster was not very lucky as only a few hours before its world debut, that will take place at the 2012 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, was wondering on the web.
The model is powered by a 1.6-liter twin-scroll turbocharger engine with a direct fuel injection system that is capable of delivering 204 horsepower and 265 Nm of torque. As far as the US version is concerned, it seems that it will be able of producing 2012 horsepower and 196 lb. ft. of torque. The power will be sent to the front wheels through a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission.
The design of the Veloster is a little different from the base version and now it includes a full face front grille, side skirts, a new rear bumper with oval tailpipes, protruding wings on both corners from a redesigned front bumper and new fog lamps surrounds. On the inside it features bespoke trim and also two body-hugging front seats.
