Chevrolet has big plans with its new Aveo. The carmaker revealed the prices for the UK market. It seems that to have the keys of the compact vehicle you have to take out of your pocket GBP 9.995. The model is powered by a 1.2-liter engine and it brings a LS trim level that offers air-conditioning, cruise control, remote locking, electric front windows, adjustable heated door mirrors and last, but not least CD-stereo radio.
The next equipment offered is the LT level that offers 15-inch alloy wheels, steering wheel audio controls, a chrome gear knob, Bluetooth phone compatibility, sunglasses holder and a four-way adjustable driver's seat. All these cost GBP 10.995. Last, we have the LTZ version that has a starting price of GBP 12.195 and that offers a leather steering wheel, front fog lamps, automatic headlamps, six speakers and a rear parking sensors.
The carmaker offers four options when it comes to the engine: a 1.2-liter petrol that can deliver 86 horsepower, a 1.4-liter petrol that is capable of producing 100 PS and two 1.3-liter VCDi diesels that produce 75 PS or 95 PS. All units, but not the most powerful diesel, send the power to the wheels through a standard 5-speed manual. The 1.4-liter uses a 6-speed automatic one to do it.
