It's almost a must when it comes to the 911 Porsche generations, to have at least one Turbo variant. The sports car with the internal designation 911 is not an exception. The engineers have been working very hard on the new model and for sure they are going to present it to us soon. The top version of the 911 will be powered by a 3.8-liter flat-six with diesel-style variable turbine geometry turbocharger engine that will probably be able to produce 520 horsepower and 550 in the S Turbo variant. The power will be sent to the wheels through a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission and also there is a second option, the new seven-speed manual gearbox for those who want a more involved driving experience. The new start-stop system will help a lot improving the fuel consumption and also reduce the CO2 emissions. The new Turbo will be equipped with Porsche Traction management, Porsche Stability Management and Porsche Active Suspension Management. It will run on 20-inch alloy wheels. Source: carscoopblogspot
