Opel Vauxhall Astra OPC/VXR makes its debut in Geneva

It is very rare to see both badges, Opel and Vauxhall, at the same car at one particular venue, when dealing with a major European car show, the one in Geneva. The Opel Astra OPC or Vauxhall Astra VXR boasts to be the most powerful production Astra ever made for the customers who live in Britain. Powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged direct injection engine that raises an output of 280 HP, the car is also based on the GTC's platform and it is able to reach a maximum speed of 250 km/h, a figure which makes it more powerful then the Renault Megane RS and the Golf R, but less powerful than the Focus RS. This car sounds perfect due to the limited slip differential, a proper mechanical one, at the front and HiPerStrut.
