Mercedes-Benz revealed info on the CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake

Mercedes-Benz revealed for the first time the CLS Shooting Brake Concept back in 2010 and now, the carmaker announced the fact that it will send it to production. The company's AMG performance arm will also prepare its own version. The German carmaker will introduce the car sometime this year and also, AMG will finish their performance model that will have the name of CLS 63 AMG. Under the hood it will have the same 5.5-liter bi-turbocharged V8 engine that will be available with two outputs. The standard trim, the AMG V8 will be capable of delivering 530 BHP and 590 lb. ft. of torque and with the AMG performance package these go up to 556 BHP and 664 lb. ft. of torque. All the output will be sent to the rear wheels through a 7-speed transmission. The braking system, the suspension and the steering wheel were modified to improve handling.
