BMW 7-Series gets diesel in the US

BMW's image was remade by the F01 7-Series which gave it an evolution from the luxury models of two generations ago, avoiding the awkward design with which its enthusiasts were accustomed. Featuring slight improvements together with revised engines, the 7er will be available as a LCI facelift beginning with this summer, an update which will also be received by the US market. Furthermore, Car and Magazine informed that the 7-Series would be released in the US starting next year, integrating diesel engines, more exactly the 3-liter six-cylinder diesel for the 735d or the 740d. The latter is most likely to be added as it delivers a higher output that best fits the prestigious brand. The US market will not receive the new tri-turbo which was introduced to the 5-Series as X% and X6 will not be found in the US, although it was added to the 7-Series.
