Cadillac files for LTS trademark

The current XTS flagship sedan, which is optionally AWD or front-wheel drive, disappointed a few enthusiasts, but the US luxury automaker Cadillac is working on developing a larger car that will be a strong competitor against the Mercedes S-Class and the BMW 7-Series. Rumors say that the recently trademark LTS name would fit such a car, thus implying that Cadillac is developing a "Large Touring Sedan", but it is not necessarily suggested that the company aims to put it into production as flagship. A plug-in hybrid which will be sold in China, a dedicated coupe to rival the Audi A45 and a replacement for the CTS, are future Cadillac products.
