Alfa Romeo 4C Roadster is coming in 2015

Alfa Romeo representatives seem to have been releasing some contradictory information lately. Their flagship sedan which was supposed to be RWD is now supposed to be FWD. Furthermore, the US market launch of the brand was announced for 2013, but the delay appears to be at least of a year and, on top of all, only two overpriced hatchbacks are being offered now. The 4C, the model that was expected to spearhead the US offensive, has been postponed until the beginning of 2014. However, there is some good news which says that there is a 4C Roadster which will follow in 2015, as the UK magazine Autocar informed. It appears that the early development of the 4C was handled by a company called Dallara. Given the fact that Alfa Romeo has not been able to make a decent car for some time now, cooperating with a company that worked on the KTM X-Bow and Bugatti Veyron, was quite inspiring. Fiat engineering chief Mauro Pierallini is leading the team of the 4C, which will be powered by a 300 HP 1.8-liter turbo engine with a pricing that will reach $55,000.
