Specialists imagine the new 2014 Subaru WRX

In the gallery below you will have the opportunity to see the potential all new Subaru WRX, but before we go there, let us go back in time for a moment; to be more precise, in 1992 when Subaru revealed the Impreza. The model had dull lines and horrid half-lines. The specialists were actually in luck with the launch of the AWD and Turbo RX helped a lot as received an actual grille, body-kit and bigger wheels brought huge improvements in aesthetics. We can even say that the styling of the first generation Impreza WRX managed to stay still in time in a classic Japanese way. Moving on, we arrived in 2000, when the carmaker revealed another model, a new generation of the WRX. This one was bigger and bolder and maybe a bit too much. Two years later, the Impreza received a facelift and in the process the round headlights were replaced by normal ones. In 2007, the 3rd generation was revealed and we have noticed some obvious changes that started to happen. We are actually talking about that fact that the doors have lost their trademark frameless windows due to Subaru wanting to improve VH levels. The model lost its basic shape and obtained a rounder, more fluid design that was more handsome. This sedan was in fact the biggest visual departure from its predecessors. The carmaker managed to bring back its styling inspiration together with the 4th generation. At launch, the next WRX was not really there and so that you know, the production process of the 3rd generation WRX will continue until a next one appears. Different rumors say the new model will be a lot different from the current one and a lot similar to the Nissan G-R. We will have to wait for more information on the matter. carscoop.blogspot
