Dacia on stand- by for 18 months

The last car Dacia presented was the second generation of the Logan MCV and this happened last week at the Geneva Motor Show.  After Lodgy, the modular 5/7-seat MPV, and Dokker, the 5-seat leisure utility vehicle created for both private and business usage, New Logan MCV further confirms Dacia’s credibility in the field of spacious, practical vehicles.

However this new MCV is said to be the last released model in a future period of 18 months. The company enters in a stand-by state, when it will not create anything new, but it will focus on cementing the marque’ s reputation. Based on the investment made up till now, Dacia will concentrate on reaching into new markets and growing its market share. It is just like planting an apple tree and expecting to pick the ripe. And  this 18 month pause will still happen although Dacia has great rivals on the market, such as VW Up!, Skoda Citigo and Skoda Octavia or even Seat Mii.
