The 2013 Pagani Huayra joins the fleet of supercars in Transformers 4

When talking about super sport cars we have to mention the Italian manufacturer Pagani. It is a newcomer in the branch, but from 1999 when it released its first model, the Zonda C12 till nowadays, only nice words have been said about the firm. This year at the Geneva Motor Show, the 2013 Pagani Huayra has been revealed.

As most of the supercars, the Pagani Huayra has a lot of success and it was chosen by the Transformers 4 director, Michael Bay, to be present in the movie. The entire film series had a remarkable triumph on so many levels, despite the critics. The 4th part of the series gathers together an awesome number of great cars such as the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, the Lamborghini Aventador, the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS, a Chevrolet Sonic RS and a new Western Star semi as Optimus Prime.

Transformers 4 will have its premiere on 27th June, 2014. Named after the god of wind, the supercar Pagani Huayra is powered by an AMG 6.0-liter biturbo V12 engine generating more than 700 hp (522 kW / 710 PS) and 1000 Nm (737 Nm) of torque. This works together with an XTRAC seven-speed sequential transmission which weighs 96 kg (212 lbs) and is mounted transversely behind the engine. So, the part in the Transformers is fully justified.
