Opel is one of the most technologically advanced automobile manufacturers in Europe. They have a quite long and rich history. The company is shaped by the stuff’s passion for cars. The focus is on making journeys more efficient, comfortable and enjoyable. It is rumored that the German brand will introduce the Opel Monza Concept at the Frankfurt Auto Show.

The Opel Monza is a totally new concept with a rear-wheel drive setup. It is likely it sits on the ATS platform from the Cadillac produced by General Motors. The concept is not 100% sure to be introduced at the biggest German auto event as it is not 100% sure to be built as a production model. However, if the concept turns out to be good for mass production it will be powered by a variety of engines, starting with four to six cylinders engines.

The Opel Monza is well preserved under a veil of mystery. No design details have been provided up till now, but the Monza is supposed to wear Opel’s current design language. The vehicle is supposed to bring back to life a moniker used by Opel with a coupe in fashion in the past, between 1978 and 1986. Whether or not the Monza will be introduced at Frankfurt, car fans are expecting each future move from the German company.
