Jaguar C-X17 digitally imagined

There are a lot of guys who used to have a hobby from drawing cars when they were young. But as time passed, new ways of spending time have appeared. However, there is one man who remains keen on imagining vehicles. Theophilus Chin is the name that has a hobby from designing cool potential vehicles. And we can certainly say that lately, he has been a quite busy person because he digitally created plenty of cars. The latest one is the Jaguar C-X17.

Theophilus Chin’s render represents a production version of the recently introduced Jaguar C-X17. He offers the car some extra height, making the roof taller. The set of wheels is smaller in size compared to the one we can find on the concept. There are an updated front bumper, a rear wiper, some modified exterior mirrors and new XF headlights envisioned on the vehicle. Mr. Chin also imagined some F-Type inspired taillights which, if we are to be honest, are more appropriate with the car’s size than the ones from the concept.

Jaguar C-X17 has only reached the concept stage. There are no rumours yet about a possible production model. The crossover looks quite nice, though, and it is almost certain that the concept will get to be manufactured. The vehicle is supposed to be based on the company’s new aluminum monocoque platform.  The same platform will be used with the X5 sedan which is scheduled for 2015.
