Mercedes-Benz Viano planned for next July

The first full-sized multi-purpose vehicle ever produced by Mercedes-Benz, the R-Class will soon make way for its replacing Mercedes Viano model. Due to its low sales worldwide, the R-Class will be pulled over but not earlier than July 2014 when Mercedes-Benz Viano is expected to be released.

Although just a few not confirmed sketches have been showed on the Mercedes blog site we can surely say that the new model will continue the new style ideas of the German manufacturer. A modern design and new style lines will characterize the Viano version. Wanted to have a more personal touch it will have a premium interior that will satisfy both the driver and all the passengers. The Viano will also be fitted with a generous list of optional features and it will proudly wear the latest technologies developed by Mercedes-Benz.

Engine details remain for the moment unconfirmed but it is possible to include a four cylinder unit at the beginning and later on to continue with the V6 engines and why not with a hybrid one. The mills can also be fitted with a 7G TRONIC PLUS seven-speed automatic transmission. If the Mercedes-Benz Viano will be a successful R-Class successor we can only see after its officially presentation but it has all that needs to be a new market benchmark.
