Five Scion vehicles attack SEMA

Scion is a brand of vehicles produced by Toyota Motor Corporation for the North American market. What the company desires is to provide a unique and better alternative that is right for today’s new car buyers. They build great quality cars with unique body styles and they offer their clients the chance to personalize them with a variety of different accessories and they also want to simplify the buying process. Scion prepares quite an assault for the 2013 SEMA show in Las Vegas, where it plans to present five vehicles.

The lineup is made of five cars entitled Steve Aoki x Scion FR-S, Bulletproof FR-S Concept One, GReddy Performance x Scion Racing Drift FR-S, FR-S Style J and Strictly Business Cartel Scion xB. The Steve Aoki x Scion FR-S was designed by the famous DJ and producer Steve Aoki and it features a fully operational mixing station, a custom Pioneer sound system with multiple component speaker packages, a deck lid-mounted LCD display, a fog machine and strobe lighting. Going inside might seem like entering a club, so it’s perfect for the clubbing fans. The second one, called the Bulletproof Scion FR-S Concept One was developed together with Bulletproof Automotive. This is a supercar concept that is equipped with a carbon fiber interior, a widened, handmade body, a 500 horsepower (368 kW) engine, an advanced turbo system and track-tuned suspension. So it is quite perfect for the sportier people.

The third vehicle named the GReddy Performance x Scion Racing Drift FR-S. It is a drifting prototype featuring a Rocket Bunny Ver. 2 aero kit and a GReddy turbocharged 2JZ-GTE engine which generates almost 750 horsepower (555 kW). This is suitable for the trick and track lovers. Vehicle number four, called the Scion FR-S “Style J” has a futuristic urban design. It provides great comfort and technology including concept camera mirrors, custom leather interior with beige stitching and black accents. The persons in love with the urban life will surely like this car, too. The last piece of the puzzle is called the Strictly Business Cartel Scion xB. It was designed by Jeremy Lookofsky of Cartel Customs and Dominick Vitelli of Quality Coachworks. Technology is at its place here, too. The vehicle has an on-board Wi-Fi hotspot, Apple Mac mini, wireless keyboard with mouse and hands-free mobile calling. Business men will definitely enjoy the ride. So, as you can notice, Scion thinks of all categories of people and the only thing that remains to do is to choose the car according to your personality.
