Honda will release the FCEV concept in LA

A lot of carmakers are now looking forward to the start of the 2013 edition of the Los Angeles Auto Show. Honda is one of them and it is preparing to introduce a new concept and the annual event. We are in fact talking about the FCEV concept and what it can do. As you can see in the picture below, this new achievement has a futuristic and aerodynamic design in terms of next-generation fuel-cell electric vehicle launching in 2015. This new model is not the only thing we are going to see at the Auto Show, but apparently the carmaker will also introduce several new upgrades to the 2014 Honda Civic. So far, this particular one is the best-selling compact car in North America. The sketch that was released as a preview to the 2013 edition of the event underlines a potential styling direction for the next generation fuel-cell electric vehicle. The model will be launched in the US and also in Japan in 2015 and the European customers will also have the opportunity to get in later on. This new development shows us that Honda is not kidding when it comes to progress and so advanced alternative fuel vehicles. We are sure that thanks to their experience, the carmaker will do a fantastic job in the end. Going back in time for a moment, you should know that Honda was the first automaker to begin a retail initiative with the leasing of its fuel-cell electric vehicles to fleet customers. In 2005, Honda was the first company to put a fuel-cell electric vehicle in the hands of an individual retail consumer and now, around 24 customers drive the FCX Clarity-enjoying the benefits of driving this advanced technology vehicle. More details on the future plans Honda has will be revealed starting with the 20th of November, so only in a couple of weeks.
