This means that dreams are at home on Japanese land and probably their culture and way of regarding life is the one that leads to great projects and offers the country the current top position in the world. The same uprated position holds true in matter of cars and Honda is one of the most important car producers in Japan. The brand has just introduced the Honda Civic and Civic Coupe.

The Honda Civic and Civic Coupe are already on sale. The price begins at $18,190 respectively $18,390 in the United States. The looks of both the 2014 Honda Civic are not significantly improved. They are in fact just updated variants of the previous generation. The manufacturer has only placed privacy glass on the lower rear window along with piano black touches on the number plate surround, tailgate and lower bumper. In the previous models all these elements used to wear the same colour paint as the rest of the vehicle. The front bumper received a piano black look instead of the former anthracite finish. The vehicle sits on a new set of wheels and the wheel arches became a little darker. In addition, the coupe gets new bumpers, a revised grille and new front fenders.

The Honda Civic and Civic Coupe also benefit of some new technology. The Honda Display Audio system with HondaLink technology, a 7-inch touchscreen display, Siri Eyes Free Integration and an all-new application-based HondaLink platform are the goodies that will delight the driver. The latter change enables the model to run four new apps that can provide everything from GPS navigation to local weather reports. These two updated models are equipped with a new continuously variable transmission which is assumed to reduce fuel consumption and to offer quicker and smoother acceleration.
