Audi RS3 rendered by X-Tomi Design

The automobile field is one with thousands of fans worldwide and this is a sure thing. Well, we can divide these fans into two categories, the ones who just admire the latest vehicles wondering where the concept idea came and the ones who not only analyze the existing cars but also use their imagination to design the way next models could possibly look like. X-Tomi Design is a firm that, as the name suggests, is interested in designing cars. They have just imagined how a possible future Audi RS3 could look like. And this means both a three-door and a five-door version.

X-Tomi Design started their project based on the freshly introduced Audi A3 Clubsport Quattro sedan concept. The novelty coming from the German brand offers a great framework for those keen on designing cool potential vehicles. X-Tomi Design kept the same aggressive figure of the original concept and imagined a lower suspension system, a set of large alloy wheels, a roof-mounted spoiler as well as a dual oval-shaped exhaust system. So, according to the designers, we might just have three and five-door versions of the Audi RS3 that are sportier than ever.

As Audi has recently introduced the A3 concept, we might think that they will decide to release a sedan version of the RS3, too. And this might just be powered by a 2.5 TFSI five-cylinder engine, the same that in the clubsport quattro develops 525 PS (386 kW). In production version it will not output more than 400 PS (294 kW). Power is delivered to the quattro all-wheel drive system through a 7-speed S tronic transmission. An official reveal of the Audi RS3 should take place in the future months, probably in October at the Paris Motor Show. But we should wait and see.
