The Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este is perhaps the most significant of all events celebrating the mystique of Historic Cars. It is an elegance competition for classic  and vintage cars . It has taken place every year since 1929 during the last weekend of April in Villa d'Este  on the shores of Lake Como , Italy . Since 2011 the event takes place in the second half of May. It has just closed its gates and one of the stars of the festival was the Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato.

The Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato is nothing else but a severely customized Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 that made its official debut last week at Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este. It seems that the model was very well received and that’s exactly why the Italian officials consider that the one-off vehicle might be placed into a limited-run production model.

The Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato features a carbon fiber body and an interesting design. It also has a double bubble roof with a built-in and functional air scoop, along with side intakes inspired by Zagato's 1996 Lamborghini Diablo-based Raptor concept. If it enters production, Lamborghini will do a few units that will delight the fans and their future owners. Of course each unit will be hugely priced.
