Ford Focus ST sedan and wagon imagined

The automobile field is one with millions of fans worldwide and this is a sure thing. Well, we can divide these fans into two categories, the ones who just admire the latest vehicles wondering where the concept idea came and the ones who not only analyze the existing cars but also use their imagination to design the way next models could possibly look like. X-Tomi Design is a firm that, as the name suggests, is interested in designing cars. They have just imagined how possible future sedan and wagon versions of the Ford Focus ST facelift might look like.

The Ford Focus ST facelift has been introduced a few days back, at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Inspired by this, the team at X-Tomi Design didn’t think twice about imagining sedan and wagon versions of the vehicle. And their work can only make Ford consider applying the ST treatment to the future generation Focus sedan and wagon. Just to resume the latest news, the Focus ST facelift is powered by a 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine developing 250 PS (183 kW) and 360 Nm (265 lb-ft). A 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter TDCi diesel outputting 185 PS (136 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) is also available, being the first time when the Focus ST is offered with a diesel engine.

The Ford Focus ST facelift also received a retuned suspension, an upgraded power steering system and a different torque vectoring control system. Another new element is represented by the Electronic Transitional Stability function which is activated as "required to maintain optimal precision and control during rapid changes of direction at speed." Well, all these could be seen on the vehicles that X-Tomi Design imagined. That is if they ever get to see the green light.
