Infiniti Q80 Inspiration Concept revealed through pictures

Infiniti, the luxury vehicle division of the Japanese car manufacturer Nissan, has started selling vehicles in 1989 in North America. The company’s mission was to create a new performance luxury brand to compete with the big U.S. and European luxury brands in the American market. Now, the successful brand is about to introduce the Infiniti Q80 Inspiration concept. And to draw attention, the officials there have released the first official pictures with the vehicle.

The luxurious Infiniti Q80 Inspiration Concept is powered by a hybrid powertrain made of a twin-turbo V6 3.0-liter engine and an electric motor which together provide a combined output of 550 HP (405 kW) which is sent to both axles or just to the rear wheels when the added power is not necessary. The Infiniti concept has a fuel consumption of 5.5 liters / 100 km (42.8 mpg US or 51.3 mpg UK) and has CO2 emissions of 129 g/km.

The facts that are certain about the Infiniti Q80 Inspiration Concept are that it measures 5052mm long, 2027mm wide, 1350mm tall and has a 3103mm wheelbase. It is distinguished by spectacular scissor door granting access to a minimalistic but at the same time luxurious cabin characterized by very few buttons and knobs. It is equipped with a fully digital instrument cluster, full-size panoramic glass roof, a central console that continues in the back, along with a flat-bottomed steering wheel and lots of leather and Alcantara elements. And as you would expect, the first official photos emerge now because the concept will be totally revealed at the Paris Motor Show in a few days.
