Mercedes AMG GT celebrated Halloween

Halloween became one of the most popular holidays in the world. People seem to enjoy the macabre, the dark and the fright. All kinds of costumes, witches, skeletons, superheroes, policemen, doctors, sculpted pumpkins, bloody painted faces and a partying spirit embrace everybody in the night of October 31. And what better way to go trick or treating than in a Mercedes car. Especially for this holiday, the German manufacturer prepared two Halloween themed Mercedes AMG GTs.

One of the Mercedes AMG GTs pretends to be a jack o’lantern ready to be filled with “candies” who wish for a hot scary night. The second one might look like a werewolf with red eyes and claws ready to capture a few ladies and take them away in the dark. Of course that the two vehicles are just renders. However, there are plenty of chances to see such a thing on road if a Halloween lunatic tunes up his car for next year’s holiday.

The standard Mercedes AMG GT is powered by a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine that generates 462 PS (339 kW) and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) of torque. This is linked to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission which allows the car to sprint from 0-100 km/h in 4.0 seconds before reaching an electronically-limited maximum speed of 304 km/h (189 mph). There is also a more powerful S version whose same engine produces 510 PS (375 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque. Just imagine such a vehicle running at maximum speed on the highway, carrying such a Halloween “costume”!
