2015 Ford Edge pricing

The Ford Edge is a mid-sized crossover manufactured by the Ford Motor Company. The first generation Edge is based on the Ford CD3 platform shared with the first generation Ford Fusion (Americas), Mazda CX-9, first and second generation Mazda 6 and Lincoln MKX. The vehicle looks quite attractive and although its history is not that long it keeps gathering more and more fans. The 2015 updated Ford Edge will soon be available in the U.S. from 28,995 USD (23,165 EUR).

The sportier version of the Ford Edge will be priced beginning from 29,495 USD (23,965 EUR), including shipping. Compared to the outgoing 2014 Edge, the facelifted CUV keeps exactly the same price tag. Prices for SEL and Titanium trim levels will be made public in short time. The Edge will reach the dealerships in the first quarter of 2015.

The Ford Edge will be powered by a standard 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine outputting 245 bhp (183 kW) and 357 Nm (270 lb-ft). The Sport version will be powered by a 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 generating at least 300 bhp (224 kW). This one benefits from an adaptive steering system. A naturally-aspirated V6 3.5-liter will also be marketed. All these units work together with a 6-speed automatic transmission equipped with a SelectShift manual mode. The 2.0 EcoBoost will be available only in front-wheel drive configuration, while the 2.7-liter and 3.5-liter models have an optional all-wheel drive system.
