Lexus GS F prepared for NAIAS

Lexus seems to be a very decided company. It started the year quite nice with the official introduction of the 2016 Lexus GS F. The vehicle will be publicly revealed at the NAIAS by the end of this month and it is meant to take on the BMW M5 and the Mercedes E63 AMG.

The 2016 Lexus GS F is distinguished by a prominent spindle grille that is flanked by large air intakes and LED headlights. It is powered by a naturally-aspirated 5.0-liter V8 engine that generates 467 bhp (348 kW / 473 PS) and 389 lb-ft (527 Nm) of torque.  It works mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission with manual-shifting abilities.

There is not that much information available on the new Lexus model, well, at least not just yet. The NAIAS event is getting closer and closer and we will certainly find out everything on the topic at that time. Still, the company stated that the model will feature a Torque Vectoring Differential (TVD) with three different modes: Standard, Slalom and Track.  The company also confirmed the car will have a stiffer chassis and a sport-tuned suspension. But with a little bit of patience we will find out everything we need.
