Acura ILX gets priced

Acura has just revealed the price of the ILX 2016 model year for the United States. It begins at $27,900. The entry-level version is already on sale and it comes equipped with Jewel Eye LED headlights, a moonroof and a set of 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels.

The 2016 Acura ILX is also distinguished by its inside, which features leather sport seats, a dual-zone automatic climate control system and a six-speaker audio system with USB/Bluetooth/AUX connectivity, as well as heated front seats, an eight-way power driver's seat and contrast stitching. For some extra money, the client can opt for the premium package that brings perforated leather sport seats, a premium audio system and a power passenger seat, an auto dimming rearview mirror, HomeLink and a 7-inch On Demand Multi-Use Display.

The 2016 Acura ILX is powered by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 201 bhp (150 kW) and 180 lb-ft (243 Nm) of torque. It works together with a new eight-speed dual clutch transmission which allows the model to return 25 mpg city / 36 mpg highway / 29 mpg combined. There is also an upper version of the car, the ILX A-spec which comes equipped with fog lights, a rear spoiler, 18-inch aluminum wheels, aluminum pedals, a black headliner and sport seats with lux-suede inserts. Of course it costs more, around $31,890.
