Toyota Avensis facelift unveiled

Every car manufacturer in the world is preparing for the Geneva Motor Show which will open its gates in a couple of weeks.  Toyota will introduce the facelifted Avensis at the show, but until then, the Japanese decided to offer some images with the vehicle.  The facelift Toyota Avensis is based on the third generation Avensis, introduced in 2009 at the Paris Auto Show.

The Toyota Avensis facelift was designed in France and developed in Belgium. Despite this, the modifications that occur are not major ones. However, the engine upgrades are the best part of it. They are said to improve performance and efficiency. The safety and comfort equipment has also been upgraded. Modifications to the chassis and interior cabin have also happened and there might be a small update at the back, too.

The Toyota Avensis facelift will probably be kept alive until 2018 when the Japanese manufacturer decided to axe the production of this model. There is still no rumour about the vehicle that will take its place. March 3rd is the official day when the car will have its debut, so we’ll be expecting some more news is no time.
