GAS introduces the first Rocket

Galpin Auto Sports, or simply GAS, is an American automobile dealership and automobile repair shop located in Van Nuys which specializes in customizing and remodeling vehicles specifically for their drivers. They also provide spare parts. The shop was founded in 1946 by Frank Galpin and since then it has become one of the most famous tuning companies in the world. They have just revealed their first production model of the Rocket on the occasion of Concours d’Elegance in Amelia Island.

The Galpin Auto Sports Rocket was previewed in 2014 by a prototype. The model is based on the Ford Mustang GT and is distinguished by an aggressive carbon fiber body designed by Henrik Fisker. It has a new front fascia with a carbon fiber front splitter and a hexagonal grille, as well as a ram air hood, sculptured fenders and carbon fiber side skirts. Other worth-mentioning elements include a carbon fiber rear diffuser, an integrated trunk spoiler and a set of 21-inch ADV.1 wheels wrapped in Pirelli P-Zero rubbers.

The Galpin Auto Sports Rocket will be powered by a supercharged V8 engine that generates 725 bhp (540 kW).  The car also comes with a number of other changes including an adjustable suspension and Brembo brakes. However, we know nothing else about the figures associated with the powering unit. Take a look at the vehicle and judge for yourself its impact.
