2020 Porsche Taycan is the first all electric car prepared by German manufacturer

Porsche unveiled during this year their first full electric model which will be produced. Porsche Taycan is going to fight with Tesla Mdel S, a car which dominated the Eelectric Vehicles market in the last years.
Porsche Taycan is offerd by the german car maker in Turbo, Turbo S and 4S version. The model has a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 93. KWh and the motors which are installed on it are able to offer no less than 750 hp with an incredible torque of 1050 Nm. This performances are obtained when the Overboost function is actioned. With these power and torque the new Porsche Taycan is able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less then 3 seconds, in fact only 2.8 seconds.
What it really deserves special mention is the capacity of the battery to be charged at 80% in only 22.5 minutes. This can be made with the help of the 800-volt architecture which is used by the German manufacturer.
Inside Taycan model we can see lots of touchscreens by which the driver can control all the functions of the car. That is just like on the Tesla Model 3.
While the goal of Taycan is to win the Tesla Model S market we can see the price is much more bigger than in case of Tesla. Porsche Taycan Turbo start price is $150900 while for the Turbo S version the price is increased with over $34.000 up to $185.000 which we must admit is not cheap at all, but for this amount of money we receive a sport car and we also protect the environment.
