Panoz GTLM is the latest variation of the world renowned Panoz Esperante. The new model has a sport look and a motor-sport which develop 420 horsepower, 4-cam, 32 valve supercharged V-8 and the result is a world class 8.06 power to weight ratio.
Panoz starting to developed race versionsof their Esperante after years of building only sports prototypes. The new model is a two seat roadster which is powered by Ford's SVT V8 and built on an aluminum chassis.
Panoz AIV means Aluminum Intensive Vehicle. Aluminum is the primary material for both the body and the frame, making this car very light.
