Bugatti extends gearbox production contract with two years

The production of the Dual Clutch Transmission system of the Bugatti Veyron supercar has been extended by a two-year contract, as the director of high performance transmission products, Mark Barge, informed that they were really pleased to experience a sustainability of the partnership with Bugatti, concerning the dual clutch transmission of the Veyron. Besides being a new model, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport manages to become the fastest production car in the world. In the presence of the German TUV and officials from Guinness World Records, the Bugatti Super Sport was tested on the VW circuit in Ehra-Lessien, where it managed an average speed of 431 km/h.
