Honda CR-V LX

The 2007 Honda CR-V LX provides a dynamic and distinctive exterior styling, to which the engineers added new technologies and convenience features. It offers the highest levels of safety, embodied by active front head restraints, Vehicle Stability Assist, Anti-lock Braking System, front side airbags with passenger-side Occupant Position Detection System, as well as side curtain airbags with rollover sensor. John Mendel, senior vice president of American Honda Motor Co., Inc, commented that the original CR-V established the crossover entry SUV segment due to its amazing utility and practical size. The smooth, agile handling performance and the quiet cabin are the result of the fully independent suspension together with the highly rigid body. Furthermore, the CR-V's upscale presence is accentuated by a side profile featuring an arched window shape and a new double grille. The body length has decreased by 3.1 inches and the exterior width has increased by 1.4 inches. The engine and road noise were reduced thanks to the use of the latest noise absorption materials. Three trim levels are available for the CR-V, the upscale EX-L, the fully-featured EX and the well-equipped LX. The interior of the 2007 CR-V is defined by a classy, modern and efficient architecture. Responsive performance with good fuel economy and low emissions, are ensured by Honda`s 2.4-liter, Dual-Over Head Cam, i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine, mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. The CR-V`s all-weather capabilities when driving in rain, snow, dirt roads and sandy conditions, are enhanced by the fully automatic Real Time 4WD system. With total sales that reach 2.5 million worldwide, the CR-V is truly a global product for Honda.
