The 2006 Jeep Liberty 65th Anniversary Edition was based on the Sport C package and it features a price of $24,095 available for the 4x2 model and $25,605 for the 4x4 edition. Its striking features integrate a special console trim, a unique Jeep 65th anniversary logo, unique floormats with Jeep 65 logo, cloth sets incorporating embroidered Jeep 65 logo and unique 16-inch Mechanica aluminum wheels painted sparkle silver. The 65 years of Jeep brand mark their off-road caapbility as the Jeep vehicles have become an authentic benchmark for functionality since they were first mass produced in 1941. John Plecha, Director, Jeep Marketing and Product Planning, the Chrysler Group, stated that Jeep vehicles had always mastered more terrain, led more adventures, thus providing drivers more freedom than any other vehicle before or since. The available colors for the Jeep 65th Anniversary Edition vehicles are Light Khaki, Dark Khaki, Bright Silver, Black and a new color, Jeep Green. Based on the Laredo E package, the Grand Cherokee 65th Anniversary edition is priced at $28,755 for the 4x2 vehicle and $30,725 for the 4x4 edition. Its outstanding features include unique interior bezels, unique 17-inch Ronin aluminum wheels with gray accents and a power sunroof. The Jeep Commander 65th Anniversary Edition features a price of $28,880 for the 4x2 model and $30,880 for the 4x4 version. Among its striking traits, it is important to mention the unique 17-inch Wrench aluminum wheels with gray accents, fog lamps, cargo net, bright chrome bodyside moldings and tow hooks, as well as a power sunroof which includes CommandViewTM Skylights. Based on the X package, the Jeep Wrangler 65th Anniversary Special Edition is priced at $23,535, featuring a SunRider soft top, 15-inch Alcoa aluminum whels, body colored fender flares and full metal doors.
