The new XF V6 Diesel S - combining superb performance and excellent fuel economy - sets the pace with acceleration from 0-60mph in 5.9 seconds, a maximum speed of 155mph, yet delivers an average fuel consumption of 42mpg and CO2 emissions of 179g/km:

Jaguar created the XF, a model that combines style and performance of a sports car in a very refine way. The XF will be available from launch with a range of four engines, all sending the power to the wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission. The first one is a 2.7-liter V6 twin-turbocharged diesel that is able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 7.7 seconds and can reach a top speed of 143 mph. The next on the list is the 3.0-liter V6 petrol that can run from 0 to 60 mph in 6.2 seconds and can accelerate reaching a top speed of 148 mph. The new Jaguar C- XF will make its debut at the 2007 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Mich. The new concept was designed by the same team that produced the award-winning 2007 Jaguar XK Coupe and Convertible and create a vehicle that presents a confident statement of design purity and possesses a sense of latent power through a look that is dynamic and athletic.

Jaguar has developed the 2008 Model Year S-Type that features a lot of new elements both for the exterior and the interior some offered as standard, some optional. The interior was upgraded with the introduction of multi-function seats with non-perforated leather instead of the previous Classic seat for all SSE an XS models. The 2008 model year is available for order from dealerships now. Jaguar executive saloon is available with four engine variants: class-leading 2.7-liter twin-turbo diesel, 3.0-liter V6 petrol and renowned 4.2-liter naturally aspirated and V8 supercharged units. The standard interior features include automatic climate control with dual zone control for driver and front passenger, Rear Park Assist, multi function steering wheel controls for audio, cruise control and Bluetooth telephone connectivity and voice control. The security system includes remote central locking, drive-away locking, ultrasonic intrusion sensors and engine immobilizer.

Luxury car manufacturer, Jaguar revealed the XJ220S. There were only 5 units built and three of them are located in Southern California. The model features a mid twin-turbo V6 engine with 3498cc displacement. It weights 2315 lbs. It is able to produce 680 BHP at 7.200 rpm and 527 lb. ft. of torque at 5000 rpm. The power is being sent to the wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission. With the amount of power it has, the XJ220S is capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in 3.3 seconds and can reach a top speed of 229 mph.

British luxury car manufacturer, Jaguar, decided to focus its attention on the XK model and so, came up with the idea of the XK-SS. This model is actually the road-going version of the Jaguar D-Type. The carmaker only had the opportunity to build 16 units of the XK-SS as the Jaguar factory was destroyed as a result of a big fire. The molds of the car were ruined as well and this is why there were only 16 cars developed of the XK-SS model.

In 2005 at the Los Angeles Auto Show, Jaguar introduced for the first time the XK Victory editions as a celebration of four championships wins in the North American Trans-Am road racing series. There were also released a series of special and limited edition XK models since its launch. The XK coupes and convertibles began joining the Jaguar family back in 1996. There are four XK models offered: the XK8 Coupe and convertible and supercharged XKR Coupe and Convertible. They will go on sale next summer. The XK8 coupe and convertible models will be powered by the normally aspirated AJ-V8 Jaguar all-aluminum engine that will produce 294 BHP and the supercharged XKR will produce 390 horsepower. The XK8 models feature 19-inch Atlas style wheels and the XKR models will get unique 20-inch BBS wheel design.

Jaguar?s premium mid-sized sports saloon ? the S-TYPE ? has further developed. Unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show in January 2004 and on sale from April, the design has been extensively re-worked and refined to achieve a more athletic, contemporary look, wi
