2009 Audi A4L Cinese Version review and pictures
German carmaker Audi developed the new A4L, a model that had its official debut in Beijing. According to different specialists this model is very important for the Chinese market. Actually, the long-wheelbase version of the Audi A4 is only being produced in China for the Chinese market. The goal of the company is now to export the success of the A4 to China. Now, with the introduction of the new Audi A4L, and all the testing sessions that happened in China, the specialists want to make sure they will be in the head of the leadership of the market in China when it comes to the premium segment. The model offers driving comfort, luxury, spaciousness and great design. Its chassis was designed to handle the Chinese road conditions in a way to provide great suspension comfort. Its wheelbase is 60 mm longer than the one on the A4 and this makes it a unique model. Anyway, the longer wheelbase offers a very special roomy feel and makes getting into the rear seats even easier. This also helps the rear seat passengers, which can enjoy legroom unparalleled in this vehicle segment. In the end, because of the increase in length and high-quality technology, the new Audi A4L injects full-size class into the mid-size category. The model will be available with a 2.0-liter TFSI engine capable of generating 180 horsepower and with a 6-cylinder 3.2-liter FSI capable of producing 265 horsepower. Ever since the year 2000, the German manufacturer has been offering a long-wheelbase version of the A6 in China. Time has come for the second generation which offers better driving comfort, design and spaciousness in comparison to the competition. The model will be rolled out starting with the 18th of November at the Guangzhou Motor Show and it will reach the Chinese dealerships at the beginning of 2009.
