The sporty Audi A1 received positive feedback after its market debut.
The reasonable explanation would be that it has a confident appearance and it combines efficiency and dynamics.
It reaches 100 km/h in just 6.9 seconds and has a top speed of 227 km/h.
The Audi A1 1.4 TFSI features a lightweight engine, which hosts four valves per cylinder, thus developing 185 hp and 250 Nm of torque. Its CO2 emissions are of 139 g/km and registers a fuel consumption of only 5.9 liters/100 km.The seven-speed S tronic transmission makes the shifting process take place in less than a second, without any interruption of the pulling power. The car model houses an efficient braking system together with two front airbags, thorax side airbags and also curtain head airbags.
A feature that makes the car a unique one is the ESP stabilization program which, when detecting a loss of traction at he inside wheel during fast cornering, it briefly stops the wheel.
An interior made by high-quality design and materials, such as the high-beam assistant, light and rain sensors, a panoramic sunroof, two navigation systems, manual and automatic air conditioning, makes the car a luxurious one and is due to be launched in the last quarter of 2010, with an avearge price of Euro 24,250.
