Opel Astra

The new Opel Astra has definitely revitalized the perception of the customers on the compact car's segment. With new technology and innovations, and also preserving the Opel tradition with the first Kadett in 1936, the New Generation of Astra has debuted as a five door hatchback, having a new design and features comparable to Opel Insignia. The new design is overwhelming, it takes your breath away. The new Astra is elegant and classy. The interior invites you to a journey that you will never forget.
The chassis of the Astra integrates in a perfect harmony the mechanical functions and the electronic controls. This new model keeps up with the latest technology, a new rear axle for stability and dynamism, Flex Ride adaptive suspension with three settings and wider front and rear tracks for an easier maneuverability.
The new model has been equipped with eight types of engines ranging from 70 kW/95 hp to 132 kW/180 hp, and four diesel engines which delivers 95 to 160 hp. What makes these engines so special is the low consumption of fuel and also the reduced CO2 emissions.
The Germans really wanted to persevere and conquer the markets of the compact cars, so they brought other interesting features to fully hypnotize the customer: the Advanced Forward Lighting, the Opel eye camera system, ergonomic seats (AGR), an innovative bike-carrier and a multifunctional trunk floor.
