2011 BMW 5-series M Package by Hamann review and pictures
The BMW 5-series has undergone an individualisation programme developed by HAMANN, with the release of an M technik packet. Furthermore, exclusive parts for models with the M technik packet have been developed by the Laupheimer after the previously mentioned programme was presented in the middle of 2010.
The 2011 BMW 5-series M Package by HAMANN features an increased down-force due to the competition front spoiler and a rear bumper which provides space enough for four exhaust tailpipes. The HAMANN rear silencer incorporating four tail pipes is now available for all engine versions of the 5-series, as by the middle of 2010, it was available only for the 550i. A set of extremely light alloy wheels is offered by HAMANN and the most impressive optics is enhanced by the ANNIVERSARY EVO in 21" size.
An overall sporty appearance together with a 35 mm lowering were possible due to the HAMANN progressive suspension springs.
A 10 piece carbon set upgrades the interior with the possibility of colouring these parts in any colour, while a specially developed airbag sports steering wheel adds a touch of style and refinement. The sporty appearance is further ensured by a premum quality set of mats which integrate the HAMANN-logo.
