This year's Geneva Motor Show will be a perfect opportunity for Chevrolet to unwrap its Cruze variant, which was aimed to bring even greater success in the sales charts. The Cruze can already be considered a winner as it holds both the British and World Touring Car Championship titles. Achieving praise from industry commentators and showgoers, the Cruze Concept previewed at the Paris Motor Show last September strongly influenced the styling of the newcomer, while the new hatchback body is expected to bring extra practicality to the Cruze, thus bringing new levels of styles in order to match its versatility. Greater sleekness and the same dynamic stance as the saloon model were provided by the attractive sweeping coupe roofline and short front and rear overhangs.
While the car model is offered with a new range of engines, Mark Terry, Chevrolet Managing Director stated that it would be a great opportunity for UK, after launching four major new models that received positive feedback from the public.
The Cruze hatchback will deliver its customers greater choice and versatility, alongside Orlando, the New Aveo and the New Captiva and offering at the same time value and quality finish.
With the exact specifications to be confirmed nearer that time, the Chevrolet Cruze Hatcback will hit the British car markets in the summer of 2011.
